This movie isn't for kids. I mean, it wasn't made specially for kids. There are tons of jokes that only adults can understand. It doesn't mean that the kinds won't have a good time. There are a lot of food explosions that they will love. Trust me.
About the story, it's kinda original: In a little island in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean lives a crazy scientist named Flint, who constantly create weird and non-working inventions. As his city was living a lack of food variety (they just ate sardines), he decides to create a machine that turns water into any kind of food. The problem begins when the city mayor overload the machine with food orders, making a huge storm that will destroy the whole world (starting with New York, as usual).
Half of the voices are from SNL: Bill Hader, Andy Samberg, Will Forte and some other people. Anna Faris is also included. I love her :D
I don't know what I like the most: The movie or the title =P
